1. About FinanceOS

FinanceOS is a personal finance management web application operated from Al Hafeez Garden Phase 1, Manawan, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The service allows users to manually track income, expenses, savings goals, investments, loans, and business finances through a secure cloud-based dashboard.

By using FinanceOS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at uh568662@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Free Trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
• Basic Plan: USD $4.99/month or $39.99/year.
• Pro Plan: USD $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed through our licensed payment gateway.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Currency: Prices are listed in USD. Local currency equivalents may apply based on your selected currency.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FinanceOS only for lawful personal finance management purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code or malware.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written consent.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract data from the service.

5. AI Features (Pro Plan)

• The AI financial advisor is powered by our AI service provider and is provided as a tool to assist with financial tracking and planning.
• AI outputs are not professional financial advice. FinanceOS does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for major financial decisions.
• AI insights are generated based solely on the data you manually enter into the app.
• We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

6. Data & Privacy

• Your financial data is stored securely in our secure cloud infrastructure. Only you can access your own data.
• We do not connect to your bank accounts or access real banking data. All data is entered manually by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

• FinanceOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinanceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FinanceOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FinanceOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
