2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Your name and email address when you register.
Financial Data: Bank account names and balances, income, expenses, savings goals, and investment records that you manually enter. We do not connect to your bank or access your real bank accounts.
Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and session metadata to improve the service.
Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card or payment details — all payment processing is handled securely by our payment processor.
Device Information: Browser type, device type, and IP address for security and analytics.

- our secure cloud infrastructure: Secure cloud database and authentication. Your financial data is stored in our encrypted cloud database, protected by strict access rules so only you can access it.
- Payment Gateway: Our licensed payment gateway handles subscription billing and is governed by its own privacy policy.
- AI Service Provider: Used to power AI financial insights (Pro plan). Only anonymised, aggregated financial summaries are sent — never raw personal data or identifiable information.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
5. Data Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Our access control rules ensure each user can only access their own data.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text (handled by our authentication system).

- Correction: You can edit or update any financial records in the app.

FinanceOS uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic app functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

FinanceOS is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.
