Service Delivery Policy

FinanceOS is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There is no physical delivery. This policy explains how and when you gain access to the service after subscribing.

Instant Digital Delivery

No shipping required — digital service

FinanceOS is a 100% digital web application. Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately and automatically. There is no physical product, no download required, and no waiting period.

You can access the app from any web browser on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop — immediately after your subscription is confirmed.

Service Availability

FinanceOS is a web-based application accessible at any time from any internet-connected device.
We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, if any, is performed during low-traffic hours (2:00 AM – 5:00 AM PKT) and announced in advance.
Your financial data is stored securely in our secure cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade reliability and geographic redundancy.
In the event of service disruption lasting more than 72 hours, affected users may be eligible for service credit. Please contact uh568662@gmail.com.

Geographic Access

FinanceOS is accessible worldwide from any internet-connected device and browser.
The service is optimised for users in Pakistan but can be used by individuals anywhere in the world.
Payment processing supports Pakistan-based subscribers. International card payments may also be accepted.
Content and currency settings can be localised — users can select their preferred currency from a list of 60+ currencies during onboarding.

Support Delivery

Email support: Responses within 24 hours on business days.
Phone / WhatsApp: Available Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT.
Pro plan priority support: Responses within 8 business hours.
Support is provided in English and Urdu.
