Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

To cancel during your trial, simply go to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the trial period ends.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing uh568662@gmail.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the app until then.
• After cancellation, your account switches to a read-only state — you can still view your data but cannot add new entries.
• Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: Refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact us at uh568662@gmail.com within 7 days of billing.
• Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of that renewal charge.
• Partial refunds: We do not offer pro-rated partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period beyond the above windows.
• Trial abuse: Refunds are not available if a free trial was already used on the same account or payment method.
• Exceptional circumstances: If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, contact us. We will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our licensed payment gateway. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

FinanceOS does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by our payment processor in compliance with applicable regulations.
